Do You Deliver?

Yes we do! We charge for delivery with installation is included, no extra charge.

Currently, we only deliver throughout San Diego County and its nearby outskirts and for any delivery beyond those lines, please contact us directly.

Do You Recycle Old Mattresses/Box Springs?

Yes we can but they have to be in a safe and sanitary condition! We charge $10 per piece of mattress if you are just dropping it off.

If you purchase a mattress/box spring from our stores, we will gladly take away your mattress for no extra charge in the same order due to the CRV Fee only included with our mattress/box spring purchases (there is NO CRV Fee applied to furniture).

Do You Have Catalogs To Order From? Do You Sell Customized-Sized Mattresses Like For An RV?

For Catalogs: Yes we do! In case you do not like the merchandise we have in stock, we have catalogs that you can look at and order from. They come in one-to-three weeks depending on the availability.

For Custom-Sized Mattresses: We do and if we do not have your specific size, just provide to us the measurements of the mattress you want and we can get it manufactured for you.

Since these would be special orders from our catalogs and getting custom-sized mattresses, we have it under final sale. There are no cancellations or returns.

What Is A Rebuilt Mattress?

Rebuilt mattresses are mattresses that have been chemically sterilized and restored. The outside cover is new and the components on the inside are from another mattress and box spring. This line of products is provided by a licensed manufacturing company with a safe and solid reputation.

We currently only carry three rebuilt mattresses sets like this but the rest of our other mattresses in stock are new.

Do You Have Financing Options?

Yes, we do! Just in case you cannot pay all-at-once, we have financing options like Snap Finance, EasyPay, Acima, etc. that can help you pay off your merchandise in THREE MONTHS with NO INTEREST.

Just bring your SSN or ITIN, your bank account number and your ID to apply and one of our sales associates will gladly help you with the application and you will know where you got approved or not immediately.

Do You Sell Used Furniture?

No we do not.  

What Is Your Return Policy? Are There Warranties?

Return Policy: In the case you want return a purchase purchased from our current merchandise, you can return it within the period of three days and there is a 25% restocking fee included. If delivery was included and you want us to pick it up, we can but we have to re-charge a delivery fee.

Warranties: Only on mattresses, not furniture (unless there is manufacturing error involved, there needs to be evidence). It varies on the type of mattress purchased and if the mattress is stained or has bed bugs, the warranty is null and void.
